Please read the following section carefully:

• Applications may be made only during two specific periods:
a) From 1st September 2023 to 22nd January 2024 (5pm) for pilgrimages and projects from February 2024 onwards
b) From 1st February to 6th May 2024 (5pm) for pilgrimages and projects from June 2024 onwards

• Complete the application form, print it off and send it by post to:

(Please note, we are unable to accept electronic copies of applications.)

• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, applications will not be considered at other times of the year.

• Applicants will receive a decision on their application by mid-February or mid-May.

• Forward the Duchess Sponsor Form to your sponsor and ask him/her to complete it and send it independently to us. 

Please ensure:

1. You give us an email address so that we can contact you.

2. You have you signed and dated the form.

3. If you are under 18, that your parent or guardian has shown their consent on the form.

Completed applications should reach the Committee no later than 22nd January or 6th May 2024 at 5pm.
