Please read the following section carefully:

*** PLEASE NOTE*** The fund is closed to new applications whilst we review our grant making.

• Complete the application form, print it off and send it by post to:

(Please note, we are unable to accept electronic copies of applications.)

• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, applications will not be considered at other times of the year.

• Applicants will receive a decision on their application by mid-February or mid-May.

• Forward the Duchess Sponsor Form to your sponsor and ask him/her to complete it and send it independently to us. 

Please ensure:

1. You give us an email address so that we can contact you.

2. You have you signed and dated the form.

3. If you are under 18, that your parent or guardian has shown their consent on the form.

Completed applications should reach the Committee no later than 20th January or 12th May 2025 at 5pm.
